A: We have a brand new area at the show called 'RSVP Uncovered' dedicated to showcasing suppliers who have never exhibited at the show before. RSVP is putting the spotlight on exciting new entertainment acts, refreshing event management companies and brilliant party and gift ideas. This is the best place to source brand new event suppliers in the industry!
Q4: Can I contact an exhibitor before the show?
A: Yes, and their details can be found on the website under the exhibitor list. You can book in meetings with them, simply click here.
Q5: How does RSVP09 differ from last year's event or any of it's competitors?
A: In plentiful ways! The team are constantly dreaming up fresh ideas to ensure that the show truly reflects the ever-changing industry that it showcases.
Q6: Why did RSVP move back to the BDC?
A: 80% of corporate event organisers are based in the city centre. The BDC is more central for these companies; last year we again had an increase in the number of corporates visiting the show after returning to the venue.
Q7: Is food/refreshment available at the show?
A: There are plenty of opportunities for dining at RSVP! The restaurant will be providing a delicious range of hot and cold meals as well as sandwiches, soups and cakes. Many of the catering companies and other exhibitors will be offering refreshment too.
